Announcement:
Congress Registration Deadline Extended to 13 May 2011
and "on-site registration" is also possible at the Congress
Participants are encouraged to register through the online system. Notification will be sent in 72 hours.
In case you don't want to register online, the completed forms together with the appropriate payment should be sent to the MAC 3 Congress Secretariat by email/fax/post.
Each registration form is for one participant only.
Pre-Congress space is limited on a first-come first-serve basis.
The registration fees include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions and corporate symposium
- Access to the exhibition area
- Invitation to the Opening Ceremony
- Free registration & t-shirt for MEMS walkathon
- Receive the Congress bag, Proceedings and other Congress documents
- Certificate of attendance
- Coffee breaks and refreshments according to the program
Cancellation & Policy
- All cancellations for registration must be made in writing to the MAC 3 Congress Secretariat.
- Cancellation received on or before 10 April 2011 : 50% Refund
- Cancellation received after 10 April 2011 : No Refund
- Replacement of delegate(s) can be made in writing to the MAC 3 Congress Secretariat before 13 May 2010.
- The date of postmark will be used when considering a refund. All refunds will be made after the Congress. Participants should state the bank details to which refunds should be made.
Confirmation
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
- Once registered, registrations cannot be changed to another fee category (on request of the participant).
On-site registration
- While it will be possible to register on site, we do suggest that participants take advantage of the lower fee of Early Bird registration.
